Information we process
AgentReadyToday processes your email address, registered website URLs, ownership records, scan results, remediation plans, approval events, provider connection metadata, and security audit records. A Cloudflare API token is processed only when you choose to authorize remediation.
How information is used
We use this information to authenticate you, establish site ownership, run assessments, explain findings, prepare approved changes, operate remediations, verify results, prevent abuse, and maintain an audit history.
Credentials and security
Provider tokens are encrypted server-side and are not returned to the browser after submission. You can remove a stored Cloudflare credential from the site workspace. Use only the documented limited permissions and revoke the token in Cloudflare when you no longer need the connection.
Service providers
Cloudflare provides hosting, database, DNS validation, URL scanning, and remediation APIs. Resend delivers authentication emails. OpenAI receives normalized assessment findings to generate structured explanations. Provider credentials are not sent to OpenAI.
Retention
Active account, site, assessment, remediation, and audit data is retained to provide the service and protect its integrity. Expired sessions, one-time login tokens, and rate-limit records are removed by scheduled maintenance. Legal, security, or dispute requirements may require limited records to be kept longer.
Your choices
You can disconnect Cloudflare at any time and revoke the token from your Cloudflare account. To request access, correction, export, or deletion of account data, email [email protected].
