Assessment informs decisions. Site changes always require your authority and approval.

Authority to use the service
You may assess public websites. You may connect a platform account or approve a site change only when you own the site or have authority from its owner. You are responsible for the credentials and permissions you provide.
Assessment limitations
Agent readiness reports depend on third-party scanners, public site behavior, DNS, platform configuration, and changing technical standards. A score or explanation is not a guarantee of discoverability, agent traffic, sales, security, accessibility, or regulatory compliance.
Approved changes
AgentReadyToday shows supported proposed changes and requires explicit approval before applying them. Review the target, scope, and risk. Back up relevant configuration and test critical site behavior. Unsupported findings remain your responsibility.
Acceptable use
Do not use the service to access private networks, scan unlawfully, interfere with other systems, submit credentials you are not authorized to use, evade platform controls, or introduce harmful content. We may limit or suspend abusive activity.
Third-party services
Cloudflare, OpenAI, Resend, and other connected services operate under their own terms and availability commitments. You are responsible for maintaining those accounts and for revoking credentials when access is no longer needed.
Availability and liability
The service may change or be interrupted. To the extent permitted by law, AgentReadyToday is provided without warranties and is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential loss. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded.
